Australian Customers

All Australian orders are sent by Parcel Post or Express Post through Australia Post and include a tracking number.

Parcel Post = $10.00 (free for orders over $200.00) - estimated delivery time 4-8 business days.

Express Post = $15.00 - estimated delivery time 2-3 business days.

International Customers

All International orders are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number.

International Post = $25.00 - estimated delivery time 8-15 business days.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties that may apply (please see below for more information)

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days.

Please know that our items are 100% handmade in Australia and we try our hardest to have them sent within this time frame but on the off chance it will be longer we will be in contact. 

Custom Orders will be completed within 10 - 14 days.

Customs Information

US Orders - For orders being shipped to the United States, all duties, tariffs and import taxes are now included in our pricing and covered by us. The prices you will see at checkout is the final price and there will be no added customs fees to be paid on delivery, we now cover all tariffs to the US.

Other International Orders - For other international orders, import taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. If customs duties apply, your courier may contact you directly for payment.

Please note with international orders - if custom duties or import taxes apply and the customer chooses not to pay them, the order may be returned to sender. This is very unlikely but a rate of $150 AUD will be taken from the refund amount to cover part of the associated costs of return shipping and any additional charges that may occur.
